Corporate documentation

It is all the documentation related to the setting-up and activity of a company or society. This documentation includes:

• Articles of association: it establishes the internal rules of the company’s activity, as well as its name, address, purpose, capacity, types of activity, social capital and social relations.
• Reports of shareholders’ meetings: these are issued each time a meeting is held, whether ordinary or extraordinary, between the partners of a society and contain all the aspects dealt with in it, including the participating partners, the agenda, the decisions taken and the modifications implemented, if applicable.
• Certificates of registration and legal entity data: they certify the official registration of the legal entity before the corresponding official registry, the main data of the legal entity and the activities it performs.
