Titles and land registry certificates
A title is the document that certifies a person’s ownership of a certain property and the public registration of the property right. Likewise, the land registry certificates contain data about a certain real estate, its owners, characteristics, rights and encumbrances registered on it, etc.
These kinds of documents are normally required to prove the existence of properties, in sales transactions, assets statements to levy the appropriate taxes, etc.
