Commercial documents
Commercial documents include invoices, delivery notes, purchase tickets and receipts.
- Invoice: it contains detailed information, mainly tax, of commercial transactions, such as the data of the good or service obtained, the tax data of the recipient and the tax rate applied.
- Delivery note: it certifies the delivery of a merchandise and its issuance is not mandatory, although it is recommended. It does not contain any type of tax information and is important for the buyer, the seller and the transport company, since it confirms the delivery and receipt of the product.
- Purchase receipt: it is a proof of purchase that indicates the products purchased, their price and the date of the transaction. It is a document equivalent to a simplified invoice, but equally important so that the buyer can make any type of claim or return and financially document the expense incurred.
- Receipt: it confirms the reception of an amount of money in exchange for a certain product or service received, and it may be a receipt certifying the payment of rent, bills, debts, a loan between individuals, etc.
