Customs declarations
A customs declaration is a document by which the importer of merchandise, goods, cash or checks declares his intention to give them a customs destination, certifies that they meet the requirements and undertakes to comply with the obligations derived from the declaration.
This declaration contains information about the buyer, the seller, the commercial transaction and the merchandise, goods, cash or checks, as well as the data necessary to verify the quantity, quality, nature and origin of these in order to determine the taxes to be levied.
