Notarised documents
There is a wide variety of documents that must be issued before a notary, for example: general or special powers of attorney, public deeds, contracts (of sale, lease, loan, donation, marriage agreements, etc.), statements of truth, authorisations, letters of guarantee, wills, inheritances and declarations of heirs, as well as notarised copies of all kinds of documents.
All these official documents require apostille and subsequent sworn translation so that their validity is recognised when they are presented to any authority, whether public or private, and take effect outside of Spain.
